Creating A Google Sheet Buyer
- Add a New Buyer
- In your Lead Prosper account, go to your campaign and add a new buyer.
- Choose Google Sheets as the Delivery Method
- In the Delivery Method section, select Google Sheets from the list of available options.
- Connect Your Google Account (if not already connected)
- Click Connect Account.
- Select the Google account you want to use and click Next.
- When prompted for permissions, check the box to grant access and click Save.
- Select Your Connected Google Account
- From the “Select Google Account” dropdown, choose the account you just connected.
- Pick Your Google Sheet
- Click Select File to open your list of available Google Sheets.
- Search for the sheet you want to use and select it.
⚠️ Important: You must have editor access to the Google Sheet; otherwise, you’ll run into permission issues when sending data.
- Select the Worksheet
- After choosing the sheet, select the specific worksheet (tab) where you want the leads to appear.
- Map Your Fields
Once you select the worksheet, Lead Prosper will pull in the column headers from that sheet.
- Click the + sign to map each campaign field or system field to the correct column.
- To insert a static (hardcoded) value, type it directly into the input field.
- If you need to add transformers or computed fields, follow this guide (empty for now)
- Test Your Setup
Use the Test Buyer tool and click Submit.
- If successful, you’ll see your column headers with the test data populated.
- Configure Buyer Settings Before Going Live
By default, Google Sheet buyers — like Email or Stored Lead buyers — will always “accept” a lead.
- If you need to set pricing, filters, or caps, make sure you do this before going live.
That’s it — your Google Sheets buyer is now ready! From this point forward, leads sent to this buyer will appear in your selected worksheet in real time, keeping your team instantly updated and making it easy to analyze or share data. If you ever need to adjust field mapping, add filters, or change sheet access, you can update these settings anytime. And remember, our support team is here to help — just open a ticket if you run into any issues, and we’ll work quickly to get you back on track.
