Managing Google Profiles In Your Lead Prosper Account

With Lead Prosper’s native Google Sheets integration, you can securely connect and manage multiple Google accounts without switching profiles. This is especially useful if you handle different businesses or clients and need leads to flow into separate Google Sheets.

Why Manage Google Profiles?

  • Flexibility: Connect and switch between multiple Google accounts.
  • Security: Control access and remove accounts you no longer use.
  • Convenience: Add new accounts while you’re already setting up a campaign or buyer.

Adding a Google Profile

You can add new Google profiles in two ways:

Option 1 — Add from the Integrations Page

  1. Log in to your Lead Prosper account.
  2. Click your profile menu in the top-right corner and select Integrations.
  3. Under Google Profiles, click Connect Account.
  4. A Google sign-in window will appear. Choose the account you want to connect.
  5. Review and accept permissions.
  6. Once connected, the new account will show in your Integrations list.

Tip: If the account shows an error after connecting, click it to review the issue and reconnect if needed.

Option 2 — Add While Creating a Buyer or Campaign Trigger

  1. While adding or editing a Google Sheets Buyer or Campaign Trigger, look for the Account dropdown.
  2. Click Connect New Account.
  3. A Google sign-in pop-up will appear — log in and grant permissions.
  4. Once added, the account will show in the dropdown so you can choose the correct Google Sheet and worksheet.

Pro Tip: Use this option when you realize mid-setup that you need to connect a new Google account — no need to leave your workflow.

Checking and Editing Google Profiles

From the Integrations page, you can:

  • View all connected Google accounts.
  • See which are active or show errors.
  • Reconnect or refresh access for accounts that need updates.

If you notice an error message, click the profile to review the details and reauthorize.

Removing a Google Profile

If you no longer need a Google account connected:

  1. Go to Integrations → Google Profiles.

Click Disconnect next to the account you want to remove.

The system will check if the profile is in use:

    • If in use:
      • Edit or delete any buyers or campaign triggers tied to that profile.
      • Click Check Again once those are removed or updated.
    • If not in use:
      • Click Confirm to disconnect.

Important: You will not be able to Disconnect a Google profile until all buyer and campaign trigger set ups have been cleared.

Best Practices

  • Confirm Permissions: In order to properly set up a Google Sheet you need to make sure that whatever Google profile you are connecting with has proper Editor permission for that Sheet.
  • Audit Regularly: Check the Integrations page periodically to ensure accounts are active and error-free.
  • Clean Up Old Connections: Remove unused accounts to keep your integrations secure and tidy.
