PING and POST Logs - Platform Tour

The PING & POST Logs page allows you to search, review, and export detailed logs of all incoming PING and POST requests from your suppliers. This includes full visibility into the lead data, payloads and data sent to buyers, and full  request & response activity across your campaigns.

The PING & POST logs are primarily used for deep analysis, troubleshooting, and advanced reporting, giving you a complete technical view of how leads are ingested by Suppliers and how each Buyer in the campaigns respond.

From the PING & POST Logs page, you can:

• Search and review PING and POST activity across campaigns
• Export detailed PING logs including buyer payloads and responses
• Export detailed POST logs for full lead submissions
• Analyze buyer-level request and response data
• Review response times, error messages, and statuses
• Download full datasets for offline analysis and reporting

Detailed Export Files

Exports include a master file with full lead-level data (lead ID, status, supplier, campaign fields, error messages, and timing), along with individual files per buyer. These buyer-level files contain detailed request and response data, making it easy to analyze performance and behavior at a granular level.

Full Buyer Interaction Visibility

For both PING and POST logs, you can see exactly what was sent to each buyer and what was returned. This includes payloads, responses, response times, and statuses—providing complete transparency into buyer integrations.

Visibility Into Both Direct Post and Ping Post Exchange

The logs adapt based on your campaign type. For Direct Post campaigns, you’ll see POST activity and responses, while Ping Post Exchanges include both PING and POST data, along with bid responses and full transaction details.
