Exciting New Updates to the Customer Portal

We've gathered invaluable feedback from our users and are thrilled to announce a series of powerful new features designed to make administrating the Customer Portal smoother and more efficient than before.  Here's a sneak peek at our latest updates.

Buyers Can Now View Their Leads

Your buyers will no longer need to export leads to see them. With the latest update, they can now visualize their leads directly within the portal for each campaign.

While clicking on a lead ID, a sidebar opens with all the detailed data associated with that lead. They can even request a return for a lead right from this interface!

A new option was also added to the campaign fields configuration, where certain fields can be hidden from the buyer's eyes. This is to protect certain parts of your business, like the landing_page_url, internal fields or subids that should not be known by any buyer.


Lead Returns Made Easy

Gone are the days of handling lead return requests through emails or phone calls. Buyers can now request returns directly from their interface. These requests are streamlined for your review and approval, ensuring a seamless process for both parties.


Introducing The New Approval System

Managing buyer requests has never been easier! Buyers can now request:

  • Lead returns
  • Pausing lead reception for any campaign
  • Resuming lead reception for any campaign

To manage these requests, we added a new Approval Requests system. Here's how it works:

  • Buyers can request a lead return or pause a campaign, creating a request for admin approval. The status is initially set to Pending. Buyers can Cancel the request if needed.
  • Admins receive notifications of pending requests and have the option to Approve or Deny them. They can also include notes for the reason for denial.
  • Once the admin approves or denies the request, the buyer is notified of the decision.

For approved Lead Returns, the system automatically credits the buyer with the amount that the lead was purchased for.

Both buyers and admins now have a new sidebar menu item called Approval Requests, where they can view pending and previous requests. Admins can also filter requests by status, client, and action type.

Along with the addition of this system, we've created two new customizable email notifications:

  • Approval request status updates
  • Pending approval requests received from your customers


Campaign Management

Buyers can now easily pause or resume lead flow in any campaign. A new Manage Campaigns sidebar menu makes these operations straightforward. Currently, they can view leads and manage lead flow, with more options coming soon.


Admin UI/UX improvements

Based on user feedback, we revamped the Clients section. Key improvements include:

  • A more detailed clients table view showing credit card status, auto-reload settings, billing mode, and mappings count.
  • One-click actions like edit or view.
  • Export functionality to save a CSV file with client information.
  • Enhanced search functionality by name, email, company
  • Sorting options by name, company, or balance
  • Improved filtering options to quickly drill down by status, credit card status, billing mode or mappings status

The client modal has also been improved, especially in these areas:

  • Payment options now include subtracting credit and removing a card.
  • For better clarity, when setting up mappings, we greatly improved the UI when listing and choosing the right options that a client would be mapped to.

We've also implemented numerous minor tweaks and fixes across the platform to enhance the overall experience.


Looking Ahead: Future Roadmap

Here's a glimpse of what's coming:

  • Now that we have a robust approval system, buyers will soon be able to request cap and filters changes.
  • A new usage-based billing mode. Currently, our real-time billing mode works on a pre-pay basis. This new mode will allow clients to be charged after hitting a certain threshold, like $300.
  • Supplier logins, enabling suppliers to access features similar to buyers, minus billing-related functionalities.
