How To Clone A Campaign In Lead Prosper
Cloning a campaign in Lead Prosper is a straightforward process, but it does require a few key steps. Follow this guide to ensure a seamless duplication of your campaign.
Step 1: Create a New Campaign
Before you can clone an existing campaign, you'll need to create a new one. This serves as the foundation for the duplicated settings and configurations.
Step 2: Import Campaign Fields
Before adding buyers or suppliers, you’ll need to import the campaign fields from the original campaign.
- Navigate to Campaign > Campaign Fields.
- Click the Import button.
- Select From Existing Campaign from the dropdown.
- In the prompt that appears, choose the campaign you are cloning.
- Check Remove all existing fields to ensure an exact match.
- Click Import to duplicate the campaign fields.
This step ensures that your new campaign has the exact field structure as the original.
Step 3: Clone Suppliers
Now that your campaign fields are set, you can begin cloning your suppliers.
- Navigate to Campaign > Suppliers.
- Click New, then select the supplier.
Note: Any specific configurations such as caps or filters must be set manually for each supplier, as these settings do not transfer automatically.
Step 4: Clone Buyers
Buyers can be cloned with just a few clicks.
- Navigate to Campaign > Buyer.
- Click New, then select Import.
- In the pop-up, choose the original campaign as the source.
- Select the buyer you want to clone.
- Click Import.
This will copy over all buyer settings, including payload, price configurations, filters, and caps. Repeat this process for each buyer you want to clone.
Step 5: Copy Global Filters (If Applicable)
If your original campaign had any Global Filters, you will need to manually copy them over, as this step cannot be automated.
Step 6: Enable Third-Party Integrations
Ensure that any third-party integrations from the original campaign are enabled and configured in your new campaign.
Step 7: Configure Campaign Settings
If any of the following features were enabled in the original campaign, you’ll need to manually configure them in the new campaign:
- Dupe Checker
- Cross-Campaign Dupe Checker
- Pre-Ping Dupe Checker
- Customized Supplier API Response
Copy these settings from the original campaign to maintain consistency.
Step 8: Recreate Campaign Triggers
Campaign triggers do not transfer automatically and must be manually recreated in the new campaign.

Once all steps are complete, review your new campaign to ensure everything has been correctly copied and configured. The majority of the setup is automated, with only a few manual adjustments needed.
Your campaign is now successfully cloned and ready to go! 🚀
