Keeping Track of Buyer & Supplier Activity with the Activity Overview Report

The Activity Overview report provides a quick look at lead activity across all of your campaigns, broken down by Supplier and Buyer. Use it to see which Clients are actively sending or purchasing leads — and to spot anyone who has dropped off.

Suppliers

The Suppliers section displays one row for each Client + Campaign combination. You can filter the report to only show campaigns that have been active in the past 7, 14, 30, 60, or 90 days, and you can break the report down by Client.

Each row includes the following data points:

  • Client Name — the Supplier's Client name. Click this to go directly to the Supplier profile for that Client on that Campaign.
  • Campaign — the Campaign the Supplier is sending leads into. Click this to go to the main Campaign page.
  • Last Active — the last date the Client sent a lead into this Campaign.
  • Last Successful Lead — the last date a lead from this Client was successfully ingested and sold in the Campaign.

Buyers

The Buyers section follows the same layout — one row per Client + Campaign combination — with the same data points. You can filter the report to only show campaigns that have been active in the past 7, 14, 30, 60, or 90 days, and you can break the report down by Client.

Each row includes the following data points:

  • Client Name — the Buyer's Client name. Click this to go directly to the Buyer profile for that Client on that Campaign.
  • Campaign — the Campaign the Buyer is attached to. Click this to go to the main Campaign page.
  • Last Active — the last date a lead was sent and attempted to be sold to this Buyer.
  • Last Successful Lead — the last date a lead was successfully sold to this Buyer.

The Activity Overview is a good starting point for identifying anomalies across your Suppliers and Buyers. If a Client's Last Active or Last Successful Lead date is older than expected, that may indicate a problem with traffic flow or Buyer configuration that warrants further investigation. Click into the Client or Campaign from the report to troubleshoot or optimize as needed.
