Reviewing Daily Financials With the Daily Revenue Report

The Daily Revenue Report provides a consolidated view of all campaign activity across a selected date range, broken down by individual day. It surfaces lead volume, revenue, and profit metrics so you can quickly assess performance without navigating between individual campaigns.

Grouping Options

When you pull the report, you select a date range and choose how the data is grouped. The primary grouping options are:

  • Campaign — separates data by each Campaign.
  • Supplier — separates data by each Supplier.
  • Buyer — separates data by each Buyer.
  • Supplier Client — combines all Suppliers associated with the same Client into a single grouping.
  • Buyer Client — combines all Buyers associated with the same Client into a single grouping.

Each primary group also supports a Subgroup for more granular breakdowns:

Summary Metrics

The top of the report displays these key metrics for the selected date range:

  • Total Leads — total number of leads ingested.
  • Total Revenue — total sell price across all leads.
  • Total Profit — total profit.
  • Avg Leads — average leads per day.
  • Avg Revenue — average daily revenue.
  • Avg Profit — average daily profit.

Daily Breakdown

Below the summary, you'll see a row for each day in the selected date range. Each row includes: Total Leads, Leads Accepted, Accepted Rate, Leads Failed, Error Rate, Cost, Revenue, and Profit.

Clicking into an individual day expands it to show a breakdown based on the Group selected at the top of the page. For example, if the group is set to Campaign, you'll see each Campaign listed with its metrics for that day. If a Subgroup is also selected, each group entry can be expanded further for an additional level of detail.

Exporting Data

Use the Export All option to download a file containing all data currently displayed on the page for offline analysis.
