Using the Simple & Detailed Accounting Reports

Lead Prosper includes two Accounting reports designed to help you reconcile financials with your Buyers and Suppliers at the end of each billing period. The Simple report provides a high-level summary of what you owe and what you're owed per Client. The Detailed report breaks everything down by Client, Campaign, and individual cost/revenue line items — including returns.

Both reports are accessible from the left-hand navigation under Finance → Accounting, where you can toggle between the Simple and Detailed views.

Simple Accounting Report

The Simple Accounting Report shows each Client Company alongside two values for the selected date range:

  • Amount Owed — the amount you owe this Client as a Supplier for leads they sold to you during the date range.
  • Amount Due — the amount this Client as a Buyer owes you for leads you sold to them during the date range.

Because a single Client can act as both a Supplier and a Buyer across one or more Campaigns, it is possible to have values in both columns. You can use those two figures to determine the net amount owed or due for the period.

Filtering and Exporting

Use the Filter by client dropdown at the top of the report to narrow results to a specific Client. The Export data button exports the visible table — including Date Range, Client / Company, Amount Owed, and Amount Due — as a downloadable file.

Client Detail View

Click any Client row to open a popup containing basic Client details and two tabs: Amount Owed and Amount Due. Each tab displays a table that breaks down the Client's activity by Campaign, with the following columns:

  • Leads
  • Returns
  • Net Leads
  • Gross Amount
  • Return Amount
  • Net Amount
  • Average Price

This view is useful for a quick breakdown of how each Client performed across the individual Campaigns they are associated with.

Detailed Accounting Report

The Detailed Accounting Report separates all activity into two lists — Suppliers and Buyers — with each Client + Campaign combination on its own row. Both lists share the same set of columns, described below.
