Managing Your Billing & Usage In Your Lead Prosper Account
The Billing Page is where you manage your account's payment methods, subscriptions, usage details, and invoices. This article walks through each section of the page.

Outstanding Balance
Lead Prosper uses a usage-based billing model. Charges accrue on your account until they reach your usage limit (the default limit is $100). When the limit is hit, the total is charged to your card on file and your balance resets to $0. This cycle repeats as usage continues to accumulate.
The Outstanding Balance section displays:
- Outstanding Balance — the current amount accrued but not yet charged.
- Monthly Usage — your total usage for the current month.
- Unpaid Invoices — any invoice balances that remain unpaid.
- Credits — any credits applied to your account.
- Usage Limit — the threshold at which your card on file is automatically charged.
To request a usage limit increase, contact support. Your payment history, usage, and other metrics will be reviewed to determine eligibility.
Card on File
This section is where you add, edit, or replace the credit card on file for your account. You can edit the existing card or remove it and add a new one.
Your Subscriptions
This section is split into two parts:
Lead Prosper Subscription — Shows your monthly minimum amount, your next charge date, and provides the option to cancel your account.
Premium Support — If you want to upgrade your support level, you can select Premium Support here. If you are already on a Premium Support plan and need to downgrade or cancel, that can also be done in this section.
Usage
The Usage section provides a visual breakdown of your account's usage for the current month. Usage is categorized into Leads, Pings, Pre-Ping Dupe Checks, Validations, Support, and Other.

Tiered Pricing
Lead Prosper uses tiered pricing for Leads, Pings, and Pre-Ping Dupe Checks. Tier 0 represents the volume included in your standard Monthly Minimum:
- Leads — 5,000 included
- Pings — 200,000 included
- Pre-Ping Dupe Checks — 200,000 included
Once you exceed those individual limits, additional usage begins accruing at Tier 1 rates and moves up through higher tiers as volume increases. Expanding each section shows every tier that has been reached, the volume at that tier, the unit price, and the total cost for that tier.
Validations
Validations are charged at a single per-validation price rather than tiered pricing. Expanding the Validations section shows a breakdown by Campaign, including the number of validations run per Campaign, the unit price, and the total cost.
Support
The Support category contains any support-related charges. These can include Premium Support monthly costs, migration costs, bulk buyer setup packages, and other support items.
Other
The Other category contains your Monthly Subscription cost.
Viewing Past Usage
You can view usage by month and access usage reports for every month going back to when your account was first created.
Invoices
The Invoices section lists every invoice charged to your account, including Monthly Subscription charges, Month-End Balance Payments, Balance Payment charges, and more. Clicking View Receipt opens the Stripe invoice for that charge, which you can download for your records.
