Breaking Down Lead Prosper's Tiered Pricing
Lead Prosper uses a tiered pricing model based on monthly lead volume. Your monthly subscription includes platform access plus built-in usage credits. As your volume grows, your cost per lead decreases. Tiers reset at the start of each calendar month.
What's Included in Your Monthly Subscription
Your monthly fee covers full platform access plus the following usage credits:
- 5,000 leads
- 200,000 pings
- 200,000 pre-pings
- 1 buyer buildout per month
This means you can begin processing leads, testing campaigns, and building buyers without incurring additional costs.
Tiered Per-Lead Pricing
After your included 5,000 leads, additional leads are billed on a tiered structure:

The higher your monthly volume, the lower your effective cost per lead.
Usage Overage Billing
On the first of each month you will be billed for the $500 monthly minimum. Following that any overages and third-party integration usage charges will be subject to the billing threshold model.
Billing thresholds start at $100 for all accounts and can be raised after successful payments. The size of the increase depends on your currency and other factors. However, if you have trouble paying your balance, your threshold might be lowered.
For Example: Imagine your billing threshold is initially set at $100. On June 1st, you're charged $500 for starting. By June 9th, you've used your monthly quota of 5,000. On June 10th, at 2 PM, you process 2,000 more leads at $0.05 each (Tier 1 pricing), reaching your $100 threshold, which triggers a charge on your card. By the day's end, you've added 1,200 more leads, making your balance $60. On June 11th, by noon, you've processed 800 more leads, costing $40. This, added to the previous day's balance, hits your $100 threshold again, leading to another charge. Every time you reach your threshold, your balance resets to $0. Any remaining balance at month's end is cleared, so you start the next month with a $0 balance.

Every new customer receives a full white-glove onboarding experience at no additional cost. The Lead Prosper team ensures your campaigns and integrations are configured correctly from day one.
Support Packages
Every account includes standard support at no cost. For businesses that need an elevated level of service, premium packages are available (Strategic and Elite Care). These packages include:
- Priority support with faster response and resolution times
- Ongoing buyer buildouts managed by the Lead Prosper team
This gives you more time to focus on scaling while we handle the technical details.
