Account Settings - Platform Tour

The Account Settings page allows you to manage and update key settings for your Lead Prosper account. This includes personal profile information, company details, system preferences like currency and timezone, and important security settings.

These settings control how your account is configured across the platform and ensure your account information, reporting, and security are properly maintained.

On the Account Settings page, you can:

  • Update profile information such as name, email, and phone number
  • Set your account’s default currency and timezone
  • Manage company information including company name and address
  • Enable or disable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
  • Update your account password

You can manage both personal and company-level details, including contact information and a technical email address for receiving system alerts. Keeping this information up to date ensures proper communication and account organization.

Currency & Timezone

These settings determine how dates, times, and monetary values are displayed throughout your account, including reporting, analytics, and lead activity.

Security Settings

The security section allows you to enable Two-Factor Authentication and manage your password. Enabling 2FA adds an extra layer of protection by requiring a verification code sent to your phone when logging in.
